Contrate el servicio de manitas con mi seguro y ellos contrataron a esta empresa, Me llaman y le explico que me tienen que poner una cortina y hay que poner 3 tacos en la pared, Me dicen que ok que ellos ponen el material, vienen a mi casa y se confunde de taco y no me lo pueden reparar, me dicen que no me preocupe que me lo solucionan. Pues ha pasado 1 mes y no me lo han arreglado, indicando a mi seguro que , como no compre los tacos , no han podido hacer la reparacion, PARA NADA SON PROFESIONALES.

I hired a handyman through my insurance and they hired this company. They called me and I explained that they had to put up a curtain and 3 plugs in the wall. They told me it was okay that they would provide the material. They came to my house and mixed up the plugs and couldn't fix it. They told me not to worry and that they would fix it. Well, a month has gone by and they haven't fixed it, telling my insurance company that since I didn't buy the plugs, they couldn't do the repair. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
No recomendable para nada.El lunes por la tarde fueron a poner una cerradura ( o cerrojo de puerta de cochera más bien) a la puerta de un piso de unos ancianos de casi 80 años. Yo como hija suya me encuentro con una auténtica chapuza con la puerta y marco rotos para poder instalar ese pedazo de cerrojo cuando lo que querían era una simple cerradura. A pesar de que mi madre les dijera que eso no lo quería asi les dijeron que venían de Badajoz (a Montijo) y que era la única cerradura que traían y accedieron a ponerla. Ahí no queda la cosa que le dicen (a mis padres) que son 280€ pero que si no les hace factura serían 120€ (¿Desde cuando el IVA está a más del 100%?) Espero que se solucione más pronto que tarde, porque existen varias vías para poner en conocimiento este tipo de fraude.

Despite my mother telling them she didn't want it that way, they told them they were coming from Badajoz (to Montijo) and that it was the only lock they had, and they agreed to install it. The thing about it doesn't end there: they told (my parents) that it's €280, but if they don't issue an invoice, it would be €120 (Since when is VAT over 100%?). I hope this is resolved sooner rather than later, because there are several ways to report this type of fraud.
